 Formed in late '94 as a two - piece outfit with drum machine, Adelaide band DEADpool
managed to achieve something difficult for most bands, that is, an original, intense and
extreme sound.
 

 The two original members, Shane Dedrick  and Andrew McIntyre  were then joined by
second vocalist Tony Waters ( who recently departed the band ) and Ashley Banner
which enabled DEADpool to perfect their " in your face " industrial / metal sound. At the
beginning of '96, the final touch to DEADpool was added in the form of second guitarist
and drum programmer Adam Ritchie.
 

DEADpool have cemented themselves as a major force in the Adelaide heavy music
scene, supporting international acts as Napalm Death, Deicide and Strapping Young
Lad and interstate bands such as Alchemist, Segression, Dreadnought and Psychrist.
The band have just released their debut self - titled album through Dominator Records
